How we handle your pet’s records.

What we collect

Your name and email or phone number for sign-in; your pets’ details (name, species, breed, birthday, microchip); the clinics you add; the release you sign; and the records and documents you or your clinics send us.

How we use it

To request records from the clinics you choose, organize them into your pet’s chart, check them against a facility’s requirements, and send them where you ask. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Only members of your household. Records leave FurryChart only when you send them, and you’re copied on every request and delivery.

Where it’s stored

With our infrastructure providers (Supabase for the database and file storage, Vercel for hosting), in the United States.

Your choices

You can withdraw your clinic release at any time, and ask us to export or delete your data.
